My Thirsty Voice

My suffocating voice,

Unheard and unechoed,

Boxed in my vocal cord,

Unreached and Perturbed.

My hesitant voice,

Longing and yearning,

As a peacock for rain,

To dance and sing.

My thirsty voice,

Dry and desperate,

Waiting eagerly to flow,

Shower and spring.

My curious voice,

Sighed and stared,

At the beat of music,

Amazed and attracted.
